Gameplay Video
Boat assets
The otter sails out to sea on a boat. The boat pops up and down when the otter boards/ unboards.

Playable character
You play as an environmentally conscious otter who wants to help clean up the sea. Here you can see her idle and running animations.

NPCs
Interactable characters are dotted about the town. Some can give you quests.



Obstacles and collectables
As you manoeuvre your "fishing line" down through the ocean, you need to avoid hitting the fish while collecting trash. If you do hit the fish, a "hit" animation will play, and they will be sad/ angry afterwards.







Shop items
You can buy several upgrades for your boat in the game's shop; they are greyed out before you purchase them and glow when you hover your mouse over them.












Waves
I animated the waves after implementing them into Unity; the movement of the water gives the scene more life. They resemble paper cutouts or props used in theatrical performances.
